Memberships are still open to current stockholders! If you own stock AND paid your annual dues for the 2025 season, then you are still a stockholder. In order to retain your stock, you will need to pay your 2026 Annual Dues* and fill out this year's Registration Form:
Great news! We are streamlining your membership experience, so your Cleaning Fee is now included in your Annual Dues payment.
Things to know:
Each membership is responsible for either paying a $75 cleaning fee or spending time volunteering around the pool. There are MANY opportunities for everyone, no matter your abilities!
As always, you can earn your Cleaning Fee by helping out around the pool at Spring Cleaning, Fall Clean-Up, or another volunteer opportunity arranged with a board member. We would LOVE your help!
Once our membership team has verified your service, your Cleaning Fee will be refunded via your preferred method -- check or Snack Shack credit.

Two key fobs are included in the stock purchase for New Members. You can order replacement or additional key fobs by filling out this form and paying for them using the links below. Your requests will be filled and available for pickup at the pool in a timely fashion.
A babysitter key fob is available to grant access to one non-family member when accompanying member's children to the pool.

As always, we are happy to receive checks for FULL PAYMENTS. These checks should be made out to "Vista Acres Pool" and may be mailed to our post office box listed below or brought to the pool during Opening Weekend (May 23-25, 2026).

*If you are a current stockholder and would like to apply for a hardship waiver for the 2026 season, please send an email explaining your circumstances to vistaacrespool@gmail.com for the board's consideration. Hardship waivers can be granted once every five years.
